2. Personal Data Processed

When you contact us via the quote form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process: full name, company, business e-mail address, phone number and the content of your request (commercial details such as part number, quantity, target date).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Your data is processed to prepare quotations, respond to your request, execute contract processes and meet legal obligations. Legal bases: KVKK art. 5/2(c) — necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract; art. 5/2(e) — establishment, exercise or protection of a right; art. 5/2(f) — legitimate interest. Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold to third parties.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, with logistics partners for shipment processes, and with competent authorities where legally required. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is processed through WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) servers abroad; using this channel is your choice.

5. Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of the quotation and contract process and until the statutory limitation periods expire (e.g., commercial record-keeping periods under Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Tax Procedure Law No. 213), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information; to learn whether it is used in line with its purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction, deletion or destruction; to object to results produced by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages.
